What is a good place to get lease/loan auto insurance?
I'm looking for a policy that includes lease loan auto insurance or Gap insurance that will cover the charges for extra mileage, scratches, etc. when I turn in my car at the end of a lease. I'm with Geico currently and despite being told on the phone that I have that coverage, I'm now told that they don't carry any such thing. I know I'm over mileage so this would really be helpful.
Is this legal can they do this on a personal loan /auto loan from citi finance Serious answers only please?
I have been making monthly payments but payments are sometimes late but they do get paid. When I opened the account in August 2007 I borrowed $10,000.00 payments are 337.96 monthly and about six months ago I started watching my statements and receipts and the balance 11,343.66 was not changing not even 0.01 of a change it has remained the same. Well I called them today to find out why there has been no change to the balance at all and they told me that every time my payment is late that they just take the payment amount of $337.96 for it being late and that none is applied to the principle or interest. I do not believe that this is fair legal practice myself can someone tell me if this is legal or if not legal what can i do and serious replies only please

Help....stuggling college student...student loan...auto loan?
Hi, I am a full time college student and I am in need of a car. I have no job yet..but trust me i'm looking. I have heard of students purchasing cars with their student loans? Does anyone know how to go about doing this? Also, I have heard of an auto loan. Does anyone know how that works? Please, any information will be greatly appreciated
Where is the best place to get accepted for a loan/auto loan, even if you have bad credit?
I have a red flag on my credit. It's a car that got repossesed, but the odd thing is, it don't show up as a repossesion, it shows up as an unpaid balance. I can't afford to pay off that balance AND get a car. I need a car now. Used is fine. Payment history on the old car is really good. Anyone know where I could apply for a loan or what I can do???? Desperate. We have a new baby on the way, plus both me and my husband work and his car just quit on him today so we need some help. THANK YOU.
Why was my E-Loan auto loan transferred to CitiFinancial Auto?
After paying my E loan auto loan for 15 months I got a letter this weekend telling me that my loan was transferred to CitiFinancial. WTF? What does that mean? is it legal? Can they charge me more or change the terms of my loan?

Im a full time college student 19 yrs old , i work part time at target. I found a used car for 14000.. low miles.. i just want to do this by myself i dont my family members helping. i plan on transferring to a four year college and was told that car that im suppose to be driving now i cant bring it with me. So im trying to get my own car. I really dont anything about financing... i just need someone to really guide through process. I make around 1200month. i've been filling out all these loan apps which isnt good i know i know. but i def. need a car badly. Even if i cant get the whole 14000 for the loan i'll take whatever i can get i guess... PLZ HELP lol
